TCU/IAM members and community allies rallied in support Alvand Transportation bus drivers who are fighting for a fair first contract. Nearly 100 workers voted to join TCU/IAM more than two years ago and their dedication deserves to be matched with a contract that recognizes their value and work they do every day.

A union contract is about more than words on paper — it’s about respect, dignity and having a seat at the table.
